Stay comfortably in South Yarmouth at our 3-bedroom 2 bath house. This enchanting property features a cozy living room, full dining room and huge fully stocked kitchen. A lower level rec room provides extra space to hang out and has a sofa bed for additional sleeping. We have central AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer to keep you comfy during your stay. We had a family vacation down to Yarmouth. The house was perfect located 1/4 mile from Skull Island (Mini golf, driving range, go carts and arcade). We were 3/4 mile from public beach. If you plan on frequenting the beach get a beach pass for your car. We also had Skippers Restaurant across from beach. It was a very nice and welcoming neighborhood. Plenty of space and beds. Julie was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great overall experience!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house has been nicely furnished and was very spacious for our family of eight. We especially appreciated all the extras like beach towels, nice linens, and great kitchenware. An extra plus was being within walking distance of the ocean. Julie was so well organized and a great hostess. We definitely hope to be back next year!
