It is located within walking distance to West Dennis beach and to Bass River- perfect for swimming and boating! There are three bedrooms on one floor with a comfortable living room and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating for 12 people. There is a deck off the the dining area with ample seating and a view of the beautiful gated back yard.
The gated back yard has an enclosed outdoor shower and a beautiful patio for outdoor dining with plenty of seating , a gas grill and a firepit.
There are three more bedrooms on the ground floor with a large family room and a laundry and a large 2 car garage with a ping pong table for family fun

This was our fifth year staying in the same house with Steve as the manager. He is just an excellent manager. I told him that the owners were lucky to have him. If anything runs amiss, Steve is readily available to make any corrections.

The house was just what our group of 10 needed. The two floors of A/C living space gave our kids and grandkids their own space (when needed)! The property was in a great location, very close to West Dennis Beach, We also walked to the private small beach on the Bass River which was great for the 3 year old. It was a great vacation!
