Accommodation: Cane Beach This house of 110 m2, ideally located close to the beach, aquarium, restaurants and entertainment, offers a convenient and pleasant living environment for your holidays.The ground floor consists of a large bright living room with sofas and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a friendly dining room, as well as a laundry with washing machine and separate toilet.Upstairs you will find three air-conditioned rooms as well as a modern bathroom for maximum comfort. The two large rooms are equipped with 160 cm beds, wardrobes and armchairs, offering a beautiful resting space. The third bedroom, has a single bed in 90 cm and an extra bed that, once unfolded, turns into a large, comfortable double bed.Outside, two terraces: one at the front of 15 m2, furnished with a coffee table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, and a large terrace of 35 m2 at the back, without vis-à-vis, perfect for outdoor meals in total tranquility.A garden corner completes the space, super nice for children who want to play or just enjoy the sun in the shade of the trees.Enjoy a simple holiday, where everything is within walking distance: entertainment, shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance of your doorstep!Your pets are welcome!For your comfort, we offer additional optional services: linen is not provided, but it is possible to book it in advance and collect it when the keys are delivered. Prices : double bed kit at 12,00 €, single bed kit at 9,00 €, towel kit (including a large and small towel) at 8,00 €.The security deposit of your rental must be regularised before your arrival via the link "Swikly", sent 10 days before your stay. Payment is to be made online, absolutely before your arrival (no cash payments or cheques).We accept the Holiday Cheques for ease.Please note that this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR).The keys will be collected from Citygest between 3pm and 6pm during the summer season.
