Charming wooden Canetoise house with its outbuilding "Rêves d'été" - 160 m from the beach - T5 of 85m2 - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms + WC - enclosed garden - free parking - air conditioning or heating in all rooms -
We offer you a beach house (completely renovated), typical of the seaside resort of Canet Plage, built in the 70s when the fishermen were relocated.
We welcome families and individuals looking for a quiet environment close to all amenities.
1 parking space in the property and a free parking space in the cul-de-sac.
1 additional secure space on request.
Fully air-conditioned or heated accommodation can accommodate 9 people.
A beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the sunny days, you can have lunch under the pergola, then let the fig tree offer you its shade for a break...
To be taken into account on rainy days and in winter, the main room is large enough to gather 9 guests around the table, but intimate on the living room side (fixed sofa for 3 people).
MAIN HOUSE:
Kitchen open to living room: oven, coffee makers (ground coffee), electric kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate toilet and bathroom
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160cm
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm high
DEPENDENCY:
Bedroom 3 independent: 1 bed 140cm + bathroom + toilet
Independent bedroom 4: 1 bed 140 cm + bathroom + toilet
The rental of sheets is included in your reservation, however for hygiene reasons towels will not be provided.
TV + HDMI cable is available.
A deposit cheque of 1500 € will be left on your arrival (not cashed) and returned on your departure after inventory.
Tourist taxes are paid directly when you book at Vrbo.

Enjoyed a wonderful week - wish we could have stayed longer! The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a large jardin for outdoor living, as well. Very close to the beach, which was ideal with children. Merci beaucoup, Corine!

Descriptif parfaitement conforme, l’intérieur et l’extérieur sont tout aussi agréables et fonctionnels. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ faciles. Localisation idéale à proximité de la plage et des commerces .Je recommande vivement !

tout etais parfait de proprietaire au voisins il manque juste une patere dans les douches pour poser les serviettes le reste au top
