Located on the 1st floor, this 60 m² through-apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The east-facing loggia offers a beautiful view of the port, perfect for enjoying breakfast or evening drinks.
The living area includes a sofa bed for two and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven, and dishwasher—ideal for preparing your meals.
The master bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) and a private balcony, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each). The bathroom is functional and includes a washing machine for your convenience.
This apartment combines practicality, comfort, and a prime location to fully enjoy Canet Plage and its surroundings.

Bed linen is not provided, but it can be reserved and collected upon key handover:
