About this villa rental
15 minutes from Perpignan, 25 minutes from Collioure, and 40 minutes from Spain, this pretty villa will meet your expectations for your summer holidays or a “simple” weekend (rental all year round) .
Located 150 m from the beach (in Canet Plage Sud), in a private residential area made up of individual houses (very calm and pleasant environment), this charming and comfortable house can accommodate up to 7 people (5 people + possibility of accommodate 2 additional people with sleeping on sofa bed in the living room).
It is made up of 2 independent bedrooms (1 with a double bed & 1 with 3 single beds + cot available), a living-dining room (equipped with TV - Bluetooth speaker - wifi available in summer 2018,…) , a kitchen fully equipped with household appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, "traditional" coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Bosch food processor, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher 15 place settings, fridge with freezer space, washing machine,…), a bathroom (with shower) and an independent WC.
Outside, a patio with a large aluminum table, comfortable chairs but also 2 deckchairs and a solar shower.
The advantages of this villa:
its large terrace in exotic wood (50m2) facing south with sun from morning to evening.
Weber electric barbecue
a reserved private parking space, just behind the house.

Used public transport to Perpignan city and bus stops right outside property so that is also very convenient.

Super séjour , location correct et bien équipé . Juste petit bémol eau chaude à la douche très très faible , le proprio vas sûrement remédier aussi non je recommande l endroit
