Welcome to Ocean Dunes Condominiums at The World's Most Famous beach! This second floor condo has stunning furnishings and breathtaking oceanfront views from the living room and balcony! Included in your stay are the Ocean Dunes amenities which include a swimming pool and one assigned covered parking space. You may park one additional vehicle in the uncovered parking lot which is first come, first serve.

When you enter this unit the oceanfront views will take your breath away! Natural landscaping skirt the beach offering a view of both the seascape and the ocean.This area of the beach preserves the natural landscape and does not allow construction on the beach itself. Therefore, this unit is directly across from the beach displaying an unobstructed and direct view of the ocean! The sprawling oceanfront living room holds two queen-sized futons, a leather recliner, and television. The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the living room and contains chairs and a table to take in the rolling waves. Please note the balcony is shared with one other neighbor. A lovely lawn extends under the balcony and allows for easy access to and from the beach. The nearest beach access to Ocean Dunes is about a 3-minute walk. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4. Decorative surf boards line the walls to surround you with the beach even when you're relaxing indoors!

The bedroom hosts a king bed and an adjacent bathroom that contains a shower/tun combo. The unit includes hybrid washer/dryer that can accommodate small loads for added convenience. Please note this cozy condo complex does not have an elevator and you must ascend one flight of stairs to reach the second floor.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Please also note that this building has a unique rule in which they do not allow motorcycles. Motorcycles cannot be parked at this building so we recommend guests with motorcycles seek alternative accommodations. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
