About this apartment rental

POOL & BALCONIES are under repairs. You might experience some noise in the mornings during weekdays. Smoking in the apartment is NOT allowed.
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Relaxing apartment with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay surrounded by yachts, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach. Pool is under repairs until further notice.
The space:
1 Bedroom/1 Bath. Incredible view of bay. Spacious living room. Breakfast bar. Dining Area. Cozy living room. Balcony facing the bay where if you’re lucky you may see dolphins every so often.
Guest access
Entire Apartment accessible except hallway closet.
Two elevators. Must have electronic FOB which allows floor selections.
Emergency exit across apartment door.
Other things to note
Concierge Check-in has a $15 per guest Resort fee.
No Parties.
A garbage chute is located on each floor in the Laundry room, next to elevators.
Do not discard large items - Large item disposal will have a penalty of $300
No Smoking or Vaping - $250 penalty for smoking.
Emergency exit staircase located next to apartment.
No Pets.
Check-in 3pm
Check-out 10am
Follow House Rules to avoid any penalty fees.

Host was exceptional. Had many questions to ask her, and she would reply very fast. Place was very clean with a view that was very pleasant to look at. I will be going back there in the future.
