Premium Modern waterfront apartment with Miami Skyline view on the bay 5 mins drive to Miami Beach with free parking

Apartamento excelente, com um vista maravilhosa. Cozinha impecável, quarto ótimo. Pena a piscina em obras, mas já sabíamos disso. O check in super rápido, o mercado ao lado do prédio ajuda muito.

Banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas ok. o Sofá cama não cabe deitado alguém maior que 1,80 esticado, mas deu pra dormir

It was a very last minute booking and the host was very accommodating. The apartment was spotless and provided everything that was needed. The best feature is the water view. The free parking was a huge plus. We walked to a few places to grab a bite to eat. If we are in the area again, we would absolutely consider staying in this apartment.

The building was going through some maintenance, created some unexpected inconveniences but the host was very responsive and did everything they could to make it a comfortable stay. One thing that guests should be aware of is that all inside doors have frosted glass panels. It is great to keep the space feel more open and light but it was awkward with the bathroom, especially since it is situated within the visual field of the kitchen.

The location was good… the amenities were good in the flat… that’s it

The neighbours dogs woke us at 1am one night , 4 am the next night… continuously every night… despite us being warned not to make any noise after 10pm… this is not a holiday village it’s a residential flat… there is no parking on site… there’s a valet that takes your car away and parks it a few streets away.. not even sure if that safe…on booking.com there’s a picture of a pool… but after we paid we promptly received an email saying there was no pool and it was not listed… then why bother to mail us about it? Change the pictures… there’s been no pool for 3 years… construction outside starts at 7am every morning along with the dogs… the windows are thin and you can hear all the traffic outside… the bed was mega soft and the worst I’ve ever slept in… was told I was upgraded to a corner unit with a better view … but I paid a little extra for that precise unit… when I complained there was not one car parking space as advertised I was told to make sure I called the valet 20 mins before going out… and finally had to pay $30 to the Building…. Some sort of extra fee…
