A anfitriã foi muito educada e deu todas as informações necessárias para check in. Estacionamento gratuito e linda vista. O apartamento estava limpo e a decoração é uma graça. Cozinha completa, toalhas limpas e kit de higiene no banheiro ajudou bastante.
Fiquei chateada pois não estava escrito no anuncio que o predio estava em obras. Fiquei sabendo apenas no dia do Check in e obviamente não tinha mais opção de troca. A varanda estava muito suja, vidros sujos e cordas penduradas para pintura do predio.
Um dos motivos de eu ter escolhido o apartartamento foi a varanda e linda vista e isso certamente me deixou frustrada.
Outro ponto e sugestão seria atualizar a banheira pois está descascando, causando impressão de sujeira. A água não desce facilmente pelo ralo causando desconforto na hora do banho.

Het appartement was zeer mooi, groot en netjes met een prachtig zicht op de baai en skyline van Miami. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement, handdoeken, bedlakens, kruiden, koffie en thee in de keuken. Downtown Miami was zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken met de wagen en aan het appartement konden we ook gratis parkeren.

L emplacement le parking et l’appartement est spacieux.
Le bruit de la climatisation,ustensiles de cuisine ( manque de verre et poêle usée) et il faudrait un petit rafraîchissement de la salle de bain.

We didn’t have any hot water. Fortunately, I just need a spot to lay my head for a night and didn’t realize it until the end of my stay.
There was a dead roach under the router and sugar ants on the kitchen counter.
