Die Aussicht war traumhaft! Die Wohnung wurde schon einmal renoviert und man konnte sich wohlfühlen!
Das Haus an sich ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade wird an den Nachbarbalkonen der Farbanstrich erneuert. Der Pool ist auch außer Betrieb. Zum Beach benötigt man ein Auto.

Przepiękny apartament, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Świetna lokalizacja dla osób podróżujących samochodem (z prywatnym parkingiem w cenie), ale dla pieszych też jest okej - w odległości ok. 2km odjeżdża darmowy bus w kierunku Miami Beach.
Widok zapierający dech w piersiach - wschody i zachody nad wodą, panorama Miami i łódki dosłownie pod blokiem - ogólnie coś niesamowitego.
Jest bardzo głośno od ruchliwej drogi, ale okna są na tyle szczelne, że nie słychać tego po ich zamknięciu.
W recepcji czekała na nas niespodzianka - dodatkowe 30USD (po 15 za osobę) za zameldowanie u conciergea.

Very modern. Views are amazing. Free parking is a godsend in this city
It’s a bit small. Definitely only for singles or couples. Bed and furniture could be updated.

The property was ok they were under construction fixing the building but overall great the bathroom shower seat was mildew I had to clean the bathroom hair was all over the toilet seat
The property was under construction staff was rude asked for a pen and paper front desk guy said that he didn’t have one and I’m looking straight at a pen on the desk he was rude
