Wonderful property. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Really nice extras like tea & coffee, chocolates, Britta, lots and lots of extra towels, blankets, pillows, shower items, etc. Front porch had 2 nice chairs to enjoy being outside on. Having two separate living areas on the main floor really made it great for our family to spend time together. It was fine for us, but should be noted that there are steps getting into the property which may be hard for people with heavy items or who have trouble with stairs. The table also had 6 chairs. Really lovely property. It was great to be close to my son graduating from the U!

Very clean spacious place to stay. We enjoyed hanging out in the front room and at the table. Very well equipped kitchen and having a full bathroom on each floor was very helpful for getting ready to go out.

Our group of 4 high school friends met in Mpls to see Purple Rain at the State Theater. We loved the neighborhood, especially walking to the amazing Black Duck Spirits and Hearth Restaurant. The house was well thought out and very quiet for sleeping. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Keep in mind this is a historic home and the stairs to the second floor are steep.
