LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! In the Heart of Northeast's Art District! Gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with in-unit washer/dryer, amazing kitchen, and lots of space. Close to all the best FOOD and ACTIVITIES and BREWERIES in Northeast. ~10 mins from downtown and North Loop; ~20 mins from Uptown. There is basic cooking stuff (I cook simply), TV, and is walking distance. Travelers with best experience here tend to be younger in age.

The house has a great layout if you’re staying with multiple people. There are two private bathrooms in two different rooms, which is nice. It’s a great location. Easy to get into downtown Minneapolis. Plenty of street parking so you never have to worry about parking the car. The house is cutely decorated but needs some maintenance. Also there’s a Catholic Church close that rings bells pretty early in the morning so if that’s not something you enjoy you should be aware of that.

The host was responsive and helpful! They quickly replaced the microwave when we told them it was not working. The location is also great, walkable to many desirable locations.I do think the beds could be significantly improved. The twins were more like cots - the mattress was too large for the platform they were on and one of the guests in my group actually toppled off the bed overnight because it was unstable. Because of this, it felt a bit like false advertising - there were not as many real beds as described.
