Lots of light and open floor plan, fully remodeled 1913 single family home. Located in the heart of the Arts District in NE Minneapolis, there are 6 brewpubs within 6 blocks of this house. We are just blocks from a some of the best food in Minneapolis. Plenty of original and local art throughout. Full size premium hot tub and plenty of outdoor entertaining space. Plus it has a full size pool table and electronic dartboard in the basement We are 2 blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best Ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.
Plenty of room for entertaining; Dining room table for 6. Plenty of seating in the main living room as well and a 50" 4K Television.
The kitchen is set up for cooking with Stainless steel cookwear, quality knives and numerous small appliances.
Convenient to the busline and Uber to the light rail.

Everything about the home was great except the smell. There was an acrid smell that was rather potent. You get used to it after an hour or so but whenever you leave and return you reset the sensory.

The check in process was smooth and great. The host had great communication throughout. The inside of the house was as expected. However, the upstairs shower and the basement aren't made for tall people and the outside of the house from the front looked a little rough around the edges. That said the beds and living quarters were clean and overall this was a very nice place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area as the host and the house were great.

Good location nearby to the Minnesota State fair we were visiting.House was not finished being turned over when we arrived. We took out trash and noticed upstairs shower was not cleaned.Internet was unusable. We were unable to work or watch Netflix.Host seemed friendly and was communicative.
