10 BEDS in 4 BR! Quiet comforts in the city.

The listing fit the needs of our family perfectly. The size of the home is definitely true to the description, and it comfortably fit us. The communication from the owner Joe was right on point and very timely. There were very clear instructions for anything needed to be done. When coming from a state that doesn't have the same requirements, the trash process (recycle, trash, compost) was a little intimidating and hard to get used to a first but was able to manage after the second day. The other thing that we were not prepared for is the low water pressure. But we did love the steam shower downstairs!! We probably would have used the picnic table outside if we had covers for the top and the benches. We loved the park across the street and the little water park that was there. The proximity of the house to where we needed and wanted to go daily was perfect.. not much further than 20 minutes in any direction. Overall - thank you Joe for providing a great place and if given the opportunity we probably will be looking up your place to see if available!

Quiet place to stay for my family. Bedrooms up stairs and down allow for accessibility for Grandma! Communication with the host was efficient and responsive. No excessive checkout tasks, which is a bonus. Also a lovely backyard for the kids to play in. Park within walking distance makes it especially convenient for kids.

Thank you very much for a very nice and comfortable stay. Your property had all the necessary amenities for us all to feel at home away from our home. I fell in love with the quiet neighborhood / location and close proximity to The City. I’m ready to move to the Northeast / St. Anthony area. Our pup thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the big backyard. If you will have us, we would love to stay again.

The location was nice! Quiet neighborhood. Across the street from a nice Park. Pretty easy access to Mall of America as described. The owner communicated well. The photos for the listing are all just doctored up to look very bright and clean. The upstairs is newly renovated and mostly as pictured. My wife and my daughters s and I stayed downstairs. The downstairs especially was just not as clean as I would have hoped. There were cobwebs behind where posters or decorations were hung on the wall. The downstairs bed has a cloth headboard rather than the wood headboard shown in photos. There were grease stains on it. The shower downstairs is very dark and felt a little dirty. Towels were clean but still damp in the closet. There were dead bugs on the floor. It was very dusty under the furniture. It was not egregiously dirty, but the downstairs feels like it needs updating and different places in the house feel like they need a deep cleaning. The outdoor furniture was so covered in moss that they were unusable. One of my kids blankets had some black goop on it. Be sure and look closely at the description of the pool across the street at the park. This could have been an error on my part for not reading closely enough, but it is only a 2-ft pool. For the price asked, I would have hoped for a more clean experience.
