The room was spacious and had enough seating.
There were several issues with the room.
The main issue was that the key fob was not provided in the room as described in the booking. This fob allows for access to the front door, the gym and the pool. I was at the property from 8/2 - 8/9. I called Cozy Suites as soon as I arrived on 8/2 and let them know the fob was not in the room. It was not delivered until 8/8 - so I missed out on amenities at the property.
The room did not have any wash cloths and the hand towels were not very clean. I called about this also with the fob on the first day. It was never addressed. I was only able to get towels on 8/8 because the cleaning crew was on the floor and I asked for some.
A slat at the foot of the bed was broken, I called on 8/4 about this issue, it was never fixed.
Because of the non-responsiveness after calling CozySuites SEVERAL times, I will not stay at this property again.

Nice space, free coffee, laundry in unit.
No assigned parking spot. Parking was the main reason I would never stay here again; building tenants also seemed disrespectful of property.
