A bright entryway with an elevator and stairwell makes up the ground level.
The first floor is where guests will find the main living areas decorated in polished woods and natural woven materials. The true star of the space is the mesmerizing Gulf view through the expanse of picture windows, creating an enchanting setting that puts guests practically on the water! To one side of the room is the living area with 2 spindle wood armchairs and an over-stuffed sectional framing a 65” Vizio TV. The other end hosts the modern kitchen with glistening countertops and a 4-seat breakfast bar—gather friends to chat over a bottle of wine while prepping dinner! An 8-seat dining table sits between the spaces and has plenty of room for group meals. Slip out to the deck to enjoy an unbroken view of the horizon or dine alfresco at the table for 8 and a 2-person bistro set. When it’s time for bed, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom or the lovely guest bedroom with a queen bed.

The location of this house cannot be beat. The views are as if you are sitting in the water out some of the windows. Everything is new. There is so much space. You are right on the beach. The one thing that would be a helpful addition is a book of some sort available with all the pertinent information a guest might need - elevator instructions, wifi, etc. There were a few issues that needed to be tweaked because it was so new but nothing major. The property managers were very responsive and came out to deal with elevator issues on a major holiday so no complaints there at all. We loved it!
