This hotel was simply one of the best of many we have stayed at. All the staff are totally amazing, especially Nelson Joao who is has excellent P.R. skills. He displays, professionalism with a touch of warmth- he was the highlight of our short stay! The hotel itself has so much charm and we couldnt find any fault.
Well done, many hotels need to come to you for staff training. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel....
Nothing was negative.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The available AC unit allowed us to keep the room temperature adjusted to our preference. The nespresso coffee machine in the room was the cherry on top.
The parking was excellent. Very secure with easy access to the room floor.
The choices available in the breakfast are also excellent. The food selection is rich.
The location is perfect for someone that would like to go to the beach, as it is accessible in a couple of minutes by foot.
Nothing to mention.
