Lovely large room, comfortable king bed and a big balcony
Grounds need serious attention
Seem to be understaffed, no reception staff in the evening or at check out in the morning

Comfortable hotel in a convenient position, 15-20 minutes walking from the beach and the center of Sines.
Good breakfast, careful staff.
Free parking available, however very small.
Very old style room and bathroom, both need renovation.
If private parking is full, public parking could prove difficult, as there are a lot oh houses and villas in the area.

convenient location in a suburban area. Good buffet breakfast
The lift was broken during my visit so I had to carry bags upstairs. Chewed gum had been left on the bedside table and the toilet had hair on it. Room felt tired and could have been cleaner.
The gym doesn't appear to be useable so don't expect a gym, as mentioned in the hotel details.
There is no restaurant for evening meals.
