    Damos nota 10 pelo conceito, pela tranquilidade e, sobretudo, por respeito a quem lá trabalha. É uma casa de campo agradável, situada num lugar remoto — ideal para quem procura sossego em ambiente rural. No entanto, mesmo de espírito descontraído e com vontade de apreciar o recanto, há sérios pontos a ressalvar que, não fosse a nossa empatia por quem lá trabalha, podiam traduzir-se numa classificação bem mais baixa. É muito bonito abrir espaços destes, mas para mantê-los e justificar o que é cobrado ao cliente, é essencial haver boa gestão de recursos humanos e manutenção cuidada dos espaços e serviços. Sem isso, corre-se o risco de degradar a oferta e perpetuar uma falsa ideia de “vale encantado”. Percebe-se que os desafios são grandes no interior do país, principalmente na hotelaria — talvez fosse altura de também aqui, tentar criar-se condições mais atrativas para contratar e reter pessoal qualificado. Dizemo-lo com esperança de melhoria. Porque é difícil fazer melhor quando há uma, duas, talvez três colaboradoras… a tratar de tudo. A mesma pessoa faz check-in e check-out, prepara refeições, limpa os quartos, atende pedidos. É “pau para toda a obra”. E isto não seria grave se houvesse apenas um ou dois hóspedes. Mas com vários quartos ocupados, com pessoas a precisarem de coisas diferentes, é impossível não sentir que estamos a incomodar ou a causar transtorno só por pedir o básico. Nota-se cansaço, alguma desmotivação, e quem mais sofre com isso são os clientes, que acabam por ver as suas expectativas defraudadas. Vale a simpatia, mesmo nestas circunstâncias. Enfim, para quem não se importa com moscas, aranhas e outros habitantes naturais do campo, o lugar será um deleite. A piscina é agradável, tal como a sala comum onde os hóspedes podem estar. Pontos positivos:     •    A construção é recente e de cor apelativa;     •    Ouvem-se os pássaros e há gatinhos nos arredores;     •    A decoração é moderna, mas com um toque rústico, o que torna o espaço acolhedor;     •    Mesmo com calor intenso no exterior, o quarto mantém-se fresco, quase como um pequeno refúgio no meio do nada;     •    O SPA tem um jacuzzi “a sério”, feito em pedra, onde uma hora de imersão faz esquecer o resto;     •    O pequeno-almoço, apesar de não abundante em opções, é saboroso Pontos negativos:     •    Teias e insetos em áreas comuns, tal como a degradação da mesa de ping pong ou necessidade de limpeza dos vidros do SPA     •    Falta de pessoal e de mão de obra qualificada;     •    Acesso por estrada de terra batida — charmosa, mas dura para os carros;     •    Sem rede móvel (há apenas Wi-Fi);     •    O restaurante é uma ilusão — quem quiser almoçar ou jantar deve ir prevenido com a sua própria comida ou seguir as sugestões dadas para desfrutar fora do alojamento Apesar de tudo, passámos um bom serão e ficámos com carinho pelo local. Esperamos, sinceramente, que evolua no sentido certo.
