Located in the small, charming town of Republic, MO, the FOUNTAIN OF LIFE HOME was lovingly built by the current owner and where their family resided for many years.

This fully-furnished home is for a family, as a couple's retreat, single traveler, or executive.

The FOUNTAIN OF LIFE HOME is very close to many area attractions, fun things to do with families like outdoor pool (open during summer) and fitness center at the Republic Community Center/Miller Park that is within walking distance, restaurants from national chains to local favorites, boutique shopping, grocery stores ALDI and Price Cutter, and variety stores such as WalMart, Walgreens, Lowes, and a farm store.

Republic Have a Blast summer celebration and Fall Pumpkin Daze are highlights of the year.

The Fountain of Life Home is located just down the road, very very close to Spring Creek Estates Wedding and Event Venue. It is near Clever Event and Wedding Barn -15-20 minutes.

The Springfield-Branson Airport, and newer and expanding industrial park are easily accessible and merely minutes away.

The home is conveniently located close to the City of Springfield with easy access to I44 and James River Expressway, to get to all parts of Springfield fairly quickly. Springfield has several colleges/universities, cultural events, entertainment and sporting venues, zoo, Ozark Empire Fairground with many events throughout the year including summer fair, and medical facilities/hospitals.

Down the Interstate to the west of Republic near Halltown is the yearly favorite fall tractor show.

HOME DESCRIPTION

The FOUNTAIN OF LIFE HOME is updated and beautifully decorated, with amenities to make your stay very comfortable, like your home-away-from home.

This home is a spacious 1500 sq ft home on one level except for a few steps to enter from the front porch (2), garage with handrail (3), or back patio (2). Security cameras outside only away from private areas, and ring doorbell. Security alarm that will not be active while guests are present.

FRONT PORCH PERGOLA: When you arrive at the Fountain of Life Home to enter the front door, you will be greeted by a nice front porch pergola with a bench, two-person glider, and two individual gliders. Make sure to enjoy sitting on the front porch while taking in the family-friendly neighborhood.

FRONT DOOR CODED ENTRY: The blue front door has a coded lock. To enter the Fountain of Life Home, put in the last four digits of the primary registered person’s phone number to unlock the door. *This door will lock after a little while.

LIVING ROOM: Upon entering the front door, you will be in the large living room of the home. It has a large 65 inch ROKU TV (live TV available and streaming with your own account), very comfortable furniture including a La-Z-Boy recliner and very cushy couch, and lots of pillows. In the larger corner armoire, guests will find games, toys, and puzzles with a puzzle table top. There are throw blankets next to it in a basket. A selection of books may be found in the TV cabinet. A gas fireplace makes the area extra cozy on those cold evenings.

FOYER CLOSET: To the right of the front door you will find the foyer closet. In this closet is a high chair and pack-n-play for our youngest guests.

BEDROOMS: At the front foyer, turn to the left to go to the three bedrooms down the hallway. This home has a master suite with a king-size bed to the right. To the left is a room with a queen bed, and then one room with two twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers, closets, luggage racks, large ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and lamps with charging ports. Extra pillows and blankets are available.

BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms in the home-one shared in hallway for guests in the queen and twin rooms with a tub and shower combo and one vanity sink, and the master bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and two vanity sinks and separate makeup vanity. Towels, wash cloths, and a basic starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is located to the right of the living area. It is FULLY equipped so guests may prepare their own meals if so choose. Feel free to open the drawers and cabinets to explore. There are all newer appliances, serving dishes, plates, cups, silverware, bakeware, and pots and pans. There is a toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, and mixer available to use-located in the pantry. There are basic spices, vegetable oil, and balsamic vinegar. Paper towels and dish soap basic starters supplied. Grocery stores are nearby. WalMart will deliver to this address.

EMERGENCY ITEMS: To the left of the dishwasher you will find a fire blanket and a first aid kit. A fire extinguisher is located in the pantry beside the refrigerator.

This home is centrally-monitored for fire and carbon monoxide.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is next to the living room and adjacent to the kitchen. It has a dining table and six chairs.

LAUNDRY: Laundry area off kitchen has a new washer and dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets available.

SPECIAL TREATS: Let us know the snacks and drinks you like and we will do our best to stock some of these items for your stay. For all guests, we do provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A variety of snacks and treats are also readily available for a quick very simple breakfast or anytime snack, and popcorn for movie watching. Refrigerator holds bottled water and specialty drinks. Fresh cold water and ice may be accessed from the refrigerator door.

PARKING: Parking is located onsite with a 2-car garage and in front of home in a large driveway for three-four cars, depending upon size. Free street parking also in front of home.

GARAGE: Two-car garage is available for guests. Must use the garage door opener on wall by inside entrance door to open and close garage door.

In the garage is the electric panel. Hot water heater and furnace are also located in the mechanical closet.

Broom and vacuum are to the left side of the stairs when going from kitchen to garage, if you find that you need these items during your stay.

BACK PATIO: From the dining room, go out the back door to the covered back patio, with comfortable chairs, and table with separate four chairs, available for guests to enjoy morning coffee, a good book, or peaceful time. There is an adjacent large fenced backyard with large trees to provide shade.
