Welcome to this newly re-modeled roomy VRBO at Table Rock Lake located in the small town of Shell Knob, Missouri. Perfectly nestled in a neighborhood conveniently located close to the Shell Knob Bridge, public boat ramp, and in close proximity to 2 Marinas. This home is just across the bridge to the main shopping district, including a well stocked grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station. This home has a 2 car carport with additional on street parking on a corner lot with spacious fenced back yard. Enter this open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen space with spectacular fireplace, 52 Roku TV, and beamed ceilings. Kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances with vented hood over stove. This house has extra seating area in den with 32" TV. Dining room sits 6 people, with additional 3 barstools at kitchen island, as well as outdoor patio seating. Master bedroom has king bed with exposed brick wall, double sink in master bathroom and unique brick shower. Master bedroom opens to the den which has and exterior door. The master bedroom has a desk with printer where you can plan your daily outings. On the other side of the house, 3 bedrooms and full bathroom with tub and shower accommodate 6 people with one king and two queen beds. All new linens are provided and all bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Area attractions include boat rental, jet ski rental at the nearby marinas, located across the street is the Steak Inn, and other restaurants in town including Pizza Hut, an Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, a sandwich shop, and a local bar and grill.
