Three floors with Loft, main floor and walkout basement. Each level has bedroom(s) and bath- great for privacy!
MAIN FLOOR- open Kitchen and dinning area. Wine Bar, Bedroom with 2 double beds, Bath and living area with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Double doors open to a fantastic deck that spans the front of the house, overlooking the lake. Complete with gas grill for Barbecuing.
LOFT -overlooks the spacious living room and out to the lake. Contains cozy bedroom with King size bed and a full bath with large walk-in shower.
BASEMENT -1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with King size bed, Full Bath, vast living space, large screen TV, large leather reclining sofa, Divan with ottoman, leather recliner, game table and tons of floor space for additional sleeping if needed.
There is internet at the house.
All TV's are smart TV's to use with your own subscriptions.
The garage on the house is private use and not part of the rental.

We have stayed here multiple times. This house is perfect for a large group of friends or family. The host is great and communicates in a timely manner if there are any questions.

We have had several nice stays at VRBO's in the Shell Knob area, but this property is our new favorite and we have already reserved it for next year. We had 9 adults and a 3 year old. There is so much space, both indoor and outdoor. We wanted for nothing as the host had the property completely ready for us. The property is clean and in a quiet area with lake views.

Very much enjoyed our stay here! Very well stocked with any kitchen item you may need. Also had extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom which was a definite plus and lots of games and movies. Took advantage of the firepit one chilly afternoon and evening. Absolutely made some wonderful memories with our family!

This was a great property for a family birthday celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone - 4 adults and 2 littles. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed time outside on the deck and made use of the fire pit. This property has one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen at a vacation rental. The owner was great - she promptly answered many questions - even when I asked the same one again!! :) I would definitely recommend this property.

The Rocking B Retreat was Wonderful! The property is away from the hustle bustle of Branson but just a short drive to all the main attractions! We cooked Thanksgiving Dinner in the beautiful, spacious kitchen and had plenty of room for dining, watching TV, playing cards, sleeping and (most important) bathrooms. Terri was a dream of a hostess and the property was immaculate. We will definately book here again!

This is our fourth time staying here. We absolutely love and always have a great time. The house is always in tip top condition and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. The guys went on a fishing trip with the Magic Stop guided tours and they had such a good outing. Lots of fish stories This house is in the best location. Close to the marina and town for a quick pick up for anything you may need.

We enjoyed our stay at Rocking Bar B Retreat. The house was clean upon arrival and everything was as advertised. There was plenty of space for our group. Terri were pleasant to deal with and answered my questions right away. The grandkids were disappointed that the pin ball machine wasn't working this trip. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to the water. Hot out on the deck and the umbrella needs to be repaired. Overall it was another great vacation at the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at Rocking Bar B Retreat. The house was clean upon arrival and everything was as advertised. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child. The property owners were pleasant to deal with and answered questions right away. The only confusion for me was that there were multiple sets of instructions (one on the fridge, another in the notebook on the desk, and the one I received via email). I went by the ones I received via email. It may be helpful for future guests if they all matched. It only things like trash pick-up and check-in times. Overall, everything was excellent. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Had a great time. Weather was perfect. Enjoyed our morning cup of coffee on the deck. Had hummingbirds and butterflies all around. Brought our boat and rented a boat slip at Campbell's Marina, they were very friendly and accommodating! House was perfect for all our needs and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed to our cook meals. Three bathrooms were great, never had to wait. The only thing was the pin ball machine wasn't working and we were all looking forward to having a pinball challenge. Lol. Very quite neighborhood and easy access to the water, would have been nice if it had a dock to tie the boat to but we managed. Went into Branson but was a little to touristy, wasn't are type of entertainment. Overall it was a great week.

We were very pleased with this home. The pictures online do not do it justice! Beautiful and spacious home. The kitchen is well stocked. We don't like to eat out a lot when at the lake, so it was great to have a large, open, well supplied kitchen to prepare meals. A beautiful view of the lake from the home and an easy walk to the lake. Nice quiet cove, great for swimming and relaxing in the water. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

When I arrived and walked into the house I was blown away with how nice it was!! We had 6 adults to kids and we all had privacy! Me and my husband stayed in the loft it was awesome! I was so impressed how they thought out every detail even to a medical kit which we ended up using for a sting bite! We enjoyed greatly swimming with our family at the lake down the hill! We rented kayaks from a local person and they brought them to us at the house oh what fun then we rented a pontoon boat over at Campbell’s point and felt safe with the cleanliness of the Marina! This house is a must for your family my daughter who is a clean freak couldn’t find anything to clean in the house because it was immaculate!!! We will be back for sure!

We stayed between Christmas and New Years for relaxation and family time. The layout of the house is perfect, giving everyone some separate space. My dad appreciated the bedroom on the main level so he did not have to navigate the stairs. My sister, who is passionate about cooking, raved about how well the kitchen is stocked. We also thought it was genius that the grill is connected to the home's gas supply. We did have a little trouble regulating the temperature in the home until we figured out how the thermometer worked. Someone had set it to go down to 50 degrees at certain set times throughout the week so setting it to a certain temp on the main screen did not keep the temperature constant. It may be helpful to include some instructions on this for future guests as well as for the fireplace which we were never able to figure out. The location of the home is beautiful. We made the trip into Branson a few days. Being from WI, we are not accustomed to all the hills and curves but thankfully had a driver who is familiar with Branson. We enjoyed a Showboat cruise, Stampede, and my favorite was Miracle of Christmas at The Sight and Sound Theater. On the days we stayed in, we enjoyed spending time playing cards, games, and watching movies. There is a wide variety of movies, books, and games available to use at this home. I would highly recommend this property!

We recently enjoyed a week in the Rocking Bar B with our children and grandchildren. This home was set in a quiet picturesque area next to the lake. It has a beautiful view and is quite spacious with a layout that is perfect for connecting with friends and family. Its kitchen is well stocked with every appliance imaginable including a Kitchen Aide mixer! They also provide a plethora of board games and videos as well as a pinball machine in the basement. Our grandchildren were entertained in the spacious basement and swimming from the swim deck and did not complain once the whole week about being bored which is all but miraculous for our crew! I had a lot of questions prior to and during our stay to which Terri responded almost immediately or within hours. We highly recommend this rental!

Terri have thought of it all! Everything we needed to make our stay was provided. Such a welcoming house that is both comfy and cozy; comfy beds, kitchen necessities and a deck with plenty of seating and a great view! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for guests to gather together or to have space alone, if preferred and VERY CLEAN! The lake was great for the little ones to swim in too! Our family including our two grown sons/wives and their children so enjoyed our stay. The lake view from the deck was awesome and it was a short walk to the water's edge. We utilized all 3 levels of the house and there was more than enough room for us. The deck in the evenings and early morning was very relaxing. This truly is a Rocking Retreat house. Owners are super to work with and returned any correspondence in a speedy fashion. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

A Perfect Lakehouse Getaway

My group and I had a fabulous experience at the Rocking Bar B Retreat. It is exactly what we were looking for, and it really is decorated perfectly with a lot of charm and personality. The house is very spacious, and we enjoyed having all of the space to relax in the first floor's and walk out basement's living rooms. We also greatly enjoyed being able to walk down the lawn and swim in the lake with the terrific lakeside water access in the yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need, which was perfect for grilling and cooking at home. It is very close to multiple marinas, and the town is very quaint and cute. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone!
