About this house rental
Welcome to our quiet home on beautiful Smith Lake! It is designed as a special retreat to refresh your spirit and give you a time to reunite with loved ones. At Blessings you can get a good night's sleep in comfortable beds for 12.
Bedroom #1: King size bed- main level
Bedroom #2: King size bed- main level
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed- lower level
Bedroom #4: Queen size bed plus one twin bed- Lower level
Bedroom #5: 2 Bunk beds plus one twin bed- Lower level
Enjoy the beautiful, tranquil view of the lake with the backdrop of the Bankhead National Forest in the mornings for a quiet time to start your day. Then invite the family to gather together each evening for the amazing sunsets followed by a look at the stars and marshmallows roasted on the fire pit..
There is a double decker aluminum boat dock in year-round water, with a diving board on the top deck, a swim dock, a kayak, a paddle board, and 3 jetski ports. The owner keeps their personal boat in the boat slip, but there is room to tie your boat to the dock. (We do request that wave boats stay close to the middle of the channel to prevent shoreline erosion issues.)
Our upstairs kitchen is designed to accommodate those who love to cook or those who like to microwave. Downstairs we have an entertainment area that includes a kitchenette with a Keurig, a microwave, and a drink-fridge. (We do recycle and offer a Recycle can next to the shed for aluminum cans.)
Parents will be pleased to find a variety of games, puzzles and a library of family videos to entertain kids in the evening or the occasional rainy day, and perfect for any friendly family rivalry; we have the ubiquitous "corn hole game."

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL GUEST SIGNS THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

We loved our stay and the house was perfect. Definitely great for multiple families or someone with a large family. We had 2 families with 8 kids (teens & littles). We housed all the kids downstairs, so they had their own little area. We relaxed, cooked and played in the water every day. The property was clean and well maintained. The water was clear, and we loved our scenic views from the porch every morning & evening. It was a perfect getaway to recharge before the school years starts back.

Wonderful view pure bliss !! If you are looking for pure relaxation this is it. Breath taking sunsets, and even if you get rained out the afternoon thunderstorms rolling in are perfect from the porch it is sooo relaxing. It’s not to many steps from the house to the 2stry dock and sun tanning on the upper deck is perfect 🤩. Loving the kyacking , fishing , stand up paddle boarding , and even rented a pontoon for 2 days. We fished every day morning and night but apparently the fish don’t bite in the summer like they do the spring, but nevertheless This lake house is truly a BLESSING !!!!

We have vacationed at Smith Lake several times, primarily on either the central or Eastern fork. This was the first time we had stayed West of Dunkin Bridge. We found it as nice as the other places, and a bit less trafficed.
The house was wonderful. We had three families stay and had plenty of room. The accommodations were very good, the house very clean and the amenities what we expect.
We would definitely come back.
