"Butler Branch Point" property - Beautiful lake home located in Arley, Alabama. Located on a private point, gorgeous spot on the lake, conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim off the swim pier, or explore the lake in the kayaks (2 kayaks for guest's use).
Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12.

Bedroom 2: Four twin size beds - second floor

Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use.
** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Wonderful home close to Duncan Bridge with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great reclining furniture, pretty views of the water, nice enclosed porch, easy walk to the pier, plenty of room for a kayak trailer with covered parking. Clean and nice home with a generator when the power went out.
