Mark was a great host and the only drawback was getting there.....I was a rookie to the single track roads and we were in a very remote area....the accommodations were excellent ....quiet, view was spectacular,

The only thing wrong with this property is that it is not located anywhere near Strathcarron as advertised.

It was our first time trying out a self catering apartment, and we really enjoyed the two nights there. Clean, spacious, it has almost everything you need, except for a laundry machine and shower gel /shampoo. Hazel (the family dog) was super friendly, and the sunset views were ridiculously gorgeous.
Applecross is a tad remote, so come prepared with all the food supplies you need.
