Overall great stay, lovely accommodation and location.
The only slight problem was the traffic noise if you have the balcony door or windows open, but didn't spoil iur stay

Lovely cosy flat with perfect sea view. Well equipped with mod cons. WiFi was a decent speed and didn't let us down. On site parking a big plus, as is a lift when you've heavy cases to take upstairs.
The balcony is nice but not big enough for breakfast for two. A/C (or a big fan) would be a bonus, as there is no through ventilation and was hot even on cooler days. Lots of road noise - speed humps on the road outside would discourage late night racing by the local yahoos.
