Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Patio Doors Leading To Juliet Balcony
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Residents car park, allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Belvedere Court offers fantastic views across the bay from Torquay to Brixham, as well as out to sea with Preston Sands beach directly opposite the apartments. The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10-minute stroll along the sea front. No. 16 is a first floor apartment with panoramic views, a Juliet balcony and allocated parking.
Daytime bus service is less than 5 minutes walk all day and night bus services is less than 10 minutes away.
Please note that clothes or washing cannot be hung outside or on balconies.

Fantastic holiday in Belvedere Court . Clean and fully equipped. Fantastic views to the sea. Gary was super helpful and contacted us the day before to tell us about the apartment 100% would stay again

The location is perfect for walking into Paignton ( 10-15mins) but having an amazing proximity to the sea.
Having WiFi & the added bonus of private parking is a must
We had a really enjoyable weeks holiday & visited lots of places..In the evening we can recommend TJs restaurant & Harbour Lights restaurant both in Paignton near the Harbour.
The only slight down side was there was no local shop & also needed more cutlery ie desert spoons as well as soup spoons.
All in all the facilities were good & we would stay again

Great location with fantastic sunsets and sunrises straight out of the window/balcony. Walking distance to all amenities for breakfasts and dinners. Straight onto the SW Coast Path heading west or east. Apartment contained everything you needed for the week.
