    This is a long overdue post. I just completely forgot to leave a review on this hotel. But anyway we stayed just one night at this hotel, nothing much to review because all was superb. Right from the checkin process, staff were all super friendly (really lived up to Thai friendliness and warmth!). Room was very clean and super aesthetically pleasing. We had private pool. All went nice. Location also very convenient, walked a lil bit u could already find 711 for your emergency cravings. All was great! Definitely recommended!

    Just across the east gate of the Old City, walking distance to so many fun places and temples. Staff are very helpful. Balcony suite is a very nice room. Just be aware it's in a busy part of city and very noisy facing to the street.

    Our stay at PE-LA Thapae Boutique Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our Chiang Mai trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—conveniently situated within walking distance of many attractions, cafes, restaurants, and the Sunday Walking Street. It made exploring Chiang Mai incredibly easy. What made this stay even more special was that we celebrated my birthday here. Every day, the hotel surprised us with different decorations and thoughtful little touches. Walking back to our room each evening felt like stepping into Disneyland—full of excitement, joy, and wonderful surprises. It created memories that we will treasure forever. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service went far beyond our expectations. The most touching experience happened after we had already boarded our flight home. My partner suddenly realized he had left his Louis Vuitton wallet at the hotel. We immediately contacted the hotel, and their staff responded quickly. They searched for it right away, found the wallet, and promptly contacted us to arrange secure shipping back to Malaysia. Their honesty, professionalism, and kindness gave us such peace of mind. In today's world, it's rare to find people who genuinely care about their guests even after they've checked out. We are truly grateful for everything they did. Thank you, PE-LA Thapae Boutique Hotel, for making my birthday trip so memorable. Your exceptional hospitality, thoughtful surprises, and outstanding integrity have earned our complete trust.
