About this villa rental
Beautifully restored property with a cool and bright interior. Fully fitted with all modern amenities. Well equipped, top spec kitchen and luxury bathrooms with walk in showers. TV and wifi. Dishwasher, washing machine, ample fridge/freezer. Private pool and three terraces. A front veranda offers restful shade. A private pool at the rear with large terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue area. A partially covered roof terrace with a sea view for very private sunbathing. Equally fantastic for lounging and enjoying spectacular sunsets over the famous and iconic Capo Caccia. A choice of dining areas on all three terraces. Generous seating throughout.
Inside there is one twin bedroom (can join up as kingsize bed) and one double bedroom. Open plan living/dining room with large rustic dining table and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with a zona notte for extra sleeping space. There is also an independent casetta with a small double bed and en suite bathroom.
Set in gated grounds with classically Mediterranean olive, citrus, fig and almond trees. Twenty minutes from the airport and only a five minute drive to the beautiful town of Alghero, with its spellbinding historical centre, marina, bars, excellent restaurants and shops. Also only a five minute drive to the local La Speranza beach with pure white sand, turquoise water and local restaurant/bar.

We had a wonderful week, felt at home straight away. Karen was super helpful, the villa itself was spacious, clean, stylish, homely with incredible sunset views from the roof terrace.
