    We booked the Standard double room, which on the booking site shows a nice room with giant windows, the room 502 that was provided has no view but a small window with opaque glass, nothing to be seen. They claim to speak english, but when calling the hotel on the number provided, they say "no english" and hang up on you. When you email they do not respond. Asking assistance from Agoda customer service they just claim that there was no difference between photo's on booking site and reality of room provided. Avoid the hotel
