Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We checked in late Friday afternoon and left bright and early Sunday. The location is close to the beach and close to many of the stores and restaurants on the island. We were a large (8) group but the house accommodated all of us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone that wants a place that is comfortable for hanging out when you don’t want to be outside or at the beach.

Not an ideal location with young kids. House is right on the corner of eleventh street. The noise is extremely loud all night with the golf carts and traffic. House is very outdated. They had one functional pan for cooking and the fridge leaked the entire time we were there any time we would get water. Pool area is very small, but great for the kids. Nice outdoor picnic table with hammocks. House had covered parking and convenient location to the beach. Overall stay was ok, but we wouldn’t stay here again.
