Welcome to your next vacation home away from home! Second Wind is a spacious and luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home located in the exclusive Ocean Village community. This home is uniquely styled in a coastal color palette with painted wood-plank ceilings. The patio area boasts a porch swing, ample outdoor seating and an outdoor shower to wash the sand away after a great beach day! Nearby is the resort-style community pool with a palapa area for lounging. End your days enjoying each other’s company at the private fire pit.
You’ll get your second wind as you enter Second Wind and notice the pristine and modern open living spaces with unique décor and architectural features. The gourmet kitchen offers everything you need for an amazing meal. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has seating for 10 on a beautiful wood table surrounded by windows. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The main living area of the home has a comfortable living room with plenty of seating as well as a large flat-screen television for entertainment. Situated just off the living room is an additional game table to hang out and have fun after a day at the beach.
Drift off to sleep in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms, including two spacious primary suites! The first primary suite offers a pillow-top king-size bed, flat-screen television and an en-suite bathroom. Just down the hall is another primary suite with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed. The fourth beautifully appointed guest bedroom offers two sets of twin-size bunk beds. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The exterior boasts two balconies and a lighted bar area that’s great for entertaining! After a day of fun in the sun, take advantage of the outdoor shower to wash the sand away!

The property was nice. There were 10 of us in this house, 4 adults and 6 teens that were 14-18 years old so there was plenty of room. We had slight difficulty entering the home as the doorknob was messed up and the code wasn't working with it. We called maintenance and they came right over to check it out. Also, the grill was missing pieces so we weren't able to use it. Maintenance was going to check on that, but we didn't hear back. There were no towels so we had to request those. The kitchen was stocked with utensils but there were no basic items like dish towels, soap, trash bags, paper towels. The beds were comfortable. The living room couch was fine, but the side chairs should be replaced with another loveseat as they're uncomfortable and it would be helpful with lots of guests. All in all, the house was nice, clean and worked great for us! Also, call ahead to rent a golf cart through them and it can be delivered upon your arrival day. Very easy!
