Good Vibes & Tides is a beautifully decorated 4-bedroom home in a gated community within walking distance to one of the shared pools in the complex, which is heated during the winter months. The large open living area has ample seating with a comfy couch, plush pillows, matching accent chairs, a wall-mounted TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen will meet your culinary needs equipped with plenty of counter space and stainless-steel appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker (dual drip and pod), toaster, and blender. Gather at the dining table with seating for 8 and additional stools for 3 at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath to serve the bottom floor. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) is just off of the living area, comprised of a King size bed, wall-mounted TV, luggage rack and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone tile shower. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while sitting out back on the veranda. The garage has been converted into a game room, a great space to gather family and friends for competitive games of foosball, cornhole, darts and for watching your favorite sport on TV. This area also offers use of the full-size stackable washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning accessories. Feel free to use chairs, coolers and bicycles when headed to the beach. Venture upstairs and you will find another master bedroom (BR2) which provides a Queen size bed, chest for your beach attire, a wall-mounted TV, luggage rack and an ensuite bathroom with a large tile shower. The guest bedroom (BR3) contains two Full-size beds, a wall-mounted TV. Kids will love the bunk room (BR4) outfitted with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV and floor space to play. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill style bathroom with a shower. More entertainment can be found in the backyard, which features a miniature putting green, two separate outdoor seating areas and a charcoal grill for cooking up the day's catch. There is parking for 3 in the driveway, strictly enforced with parking passes. Village Walk is a short 4-minute ride to the beach by car or golf cart.

The property is stellar, and we would definitely stay again. It's gorgeous and has all the cooking utensils and perks you might want. My biggest complaint is the management company's communication. It was really disappointing, and it's a shame because it taints your stay. They went for months without replying to my questions, and when they did finally reply, they were unhelpful.

We love Port A and this house was perfect for our family! We had 7 people and we had plenty of space. We loved having a master bedroom downstairs for my parents who have a harder time with stairs.
The house is decorated so well! It is tasteful and beachy, creating the perfect vacation vibe!
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of right away. It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating in the tv area.
If we could order perfect weather with this house it would be the best!

Perfect location and beautiful home. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The home was outfitted with everything we needed and even some perks we enjoyed so much like corn hole and a putting green. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can leave your tongs at home! We had a slow draining tub and shower upstairs and one text was all that was necessary for them to send maintenance out within 90 mins.
Very, very excellent stay! Highly recommended!!

The home was beautiful situated in the heart of Port Aransas. Close to shopping eating and churches. About a mile drive to the beach. He's slightly misunderstood how far it was from the nearest beach, but as long as you don't mind jumping in a vehicle or a golf cart to get there then it's all good. The home itself was pretty well appointed. You may want to bring some disposable plates and cups depending on your party size and how long you're staying. Overall we greatly enjoyed this beautiful home.
