Warm and roomy - well appointed and child friendly.
Games room is actually the garage and as far as we could tell was unheated which did limit its use slightly.

We loved everything! It was very homely, well appointed, and the complimentary bits and pieces were the cherry on top. Our child loved the games room, including the numerous games on the Xbox.
The place was extremely clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the deep bath was a treat.

We were looking for a nice house for the weekend while we attended a wedding. The house was spacious and well equipped for our children. They loved it. Easy walking to local shops and the park.
