Gem in Papanui Christchurch

It is a nice place and very close to Northlands Mall. It is very tidy, spacious and warm. Being in a group housing the house plan is well layout and provide adequate privacy.

(1) The garage is very small and the turning are is very tight. So don’t bring a large car. (2) The neighbors keep parking their car on the driveway. It is a hassle to keep asking them to move their car. (3) too many ants around. You have to make sure all rubbish is in the rubbish bin every night.

Lovely comfy beds and great kitchen and bathrooms. Nice having the extra toilet downstairs. Lots of power points in the rooms. Liked the courtyard out the front to sit outside. Very handy to shops and restaurants

Unit had a funny smell ( I think it was the cleaning products used).

Well presented and equipped. Supplied with a superb selection of food and drinks, coffee capsules, 1l milk and fruit.

While sleeping upstairs, it felt like there were earthquakes happening. Turned out the house shakes slightly as heavy vehicles cross bumps in the nearby main road. No facecloths supplied, which was disappointing. Almost impossible to park a car in the garage due to insufficient room between the garage and another unit opposite.

It was a convenient location for the function we attended

The neighbour kept blocking the driveway. Having to have the roller blinds constantly closed for privacy which made it very dark. Cleaning below average with dirty fridge/freezer, cutlery in the drawer dirty, Cupboard fronts dirty, heater in main room not fixed to wall properly, knives in the knife block dirty. Upstairs bathroom taps not fitted properly. Black long hair all over the kitchen floor. Lounge carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Stain on single bed cover, beds looked like they were made in a rush. Front door batteries needed replacing. Bathroom drawers unclean with hair inside.
