Disappointing Stay – Extremely Poor Cleanliness and Condition

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon entering, the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming, poorly masked by an overpowering air freshener that made the atmosphere nauseating. The kitchen was in a shocking state: the microwave was caked with old food and grime, and the fridge freezer had been turned off, leaving raw meat to thaw and drip inside—completely unhygienic. The air fryer was thick with grease, and the oven was in such bad condition it was unusable. The central toilet was visibly dirty, with hair and grime present, making it feel neglected. The bedroom curtain was torn and filthy, and the bed linen had noticeable stains. There was no blind on the kitchen window, compromising privacy. To make matters worse, the sofa had collapsed in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable, and a couple doors the kitchen were peeling apart. I would not recommend this property to anyone until it undergoes a thorough professional clean and significant maintenance. It does not meet even basic hospitality standards. Complaint raised via booking as the company stopped responding and to date they haven't responded to the complaint from booking either.

Nice caravan but unprofessional service
Location
Got given the wrong caravan plot to start turned up at 6pm finally got the correct plot i had booked turned up and the cleaner was staying there with her son had to wait an hour for her to vacate before I could get in finally got in and it wasn't clean pizza in the oven cup of coffee in the microwave rubbish swept into a pile and left in the corner stained sides not washed a very unpleasant experience although caravan was in a perfect position just a shame about the unprofessional service
