About this campground/ rv resort rental

3 bedroom caravan on this popular park with entertainment and facilities on site with restaurant, shop and fish and chip shop. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and 24 hr Tesco opposite the site.
Bus stop outside camp and a 5 mins drive into Clacton for beach, pier and shops.
July and August school holidays will be £70 a night or £480 a week.
There is a returnable damage deposit of £100 and £200 if there are more than 6 people.

We had a lovely time. We booked extremely last minute for 11 nights away as a family at the end of August before back to school. Joan's caravan suited us perfectly for this. Joan was highly responsive and flexible to our needs when booking, and kept in touch to check we had everything we needed. Marina was very kind and flexible in greeting us at the caravan when we arrived. Marina oriented us superbly to the caravan and the park in which it is located. The caravan had absolutely everything we needed, which meant we could just relax and enjoy the time together as a family. Several lovely beaches, Clacton-on-sea pier and a river where we could stand up paddleboard (parking at Deadham) were all within a short drive. We had a blast every day. All the supermarkets located close by meant restocking food and drinks was very easy.The pool on site was good (the children visited it once). There was a playground on site that they enjoyed for a bit each day.For what we wanted, it was perfect. We would visit again.

Although an older style, was fine for what we needed. Supply of tea, coffee, and other basic stuff, was a nice touch, as I'd bought my own and didn't need it. Friendly neighbours too!

The owner of the caravan and her friend was there to meet us with the keys( lovely people) the van was very clean and they even got some milk the van has all you need in it we both had a lovely week and hope to go back again thank you so much Joan.

Myself and family went for a week the Caravan had everything you need and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on the park itself is abit boring not much to do for 10+ kids but other than that had a good time.

Easy communication with owner and all information that was needed was given and lovely site, very friendly people from the property owner to staff had a bit of problems due to covid but regardless had a lovely weekend break
