Новый и чистый дом, хорошая постель и матрасы, чистые полотенца, чистый сан узел. Владельцы дома отличные люди, предложили пледик на пляж, разрешили пользоваться посудой и чайником. В доме тихо и спокойно. В начале сентября было прохладно в доме, но в целом стоит отметить, что в ванной была возможность включить теплый пол а в комнате был обогреватель. В пешей доступности Лагманхана с хорошими порциями и ценами, ТРЦ (где в цоколе круглосуточный супермаркет Глобус) Если для вас не проблема пройтись пешком, то смело бронируйте

Далековато до пляжа и магазинчиков

Very friendly owner. Nice room, seems very clean.

My room didn’t have a lock specifically for it; the area seems safe enough, but ultimately if anything went missing I doubt the owner would replace all your items… I think individual locks need to be prioritised for each room to assure the guest’s items’ security.

Alimbek and his wife were amazing hosts! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at their guesthouse. They have a beautiful fruit and vegetable garden, and were kind enough to give us fresh cucumbers, apricots and raspberries that were delicious! The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, and the location is a short walk to the Main Street. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Cholpon Ata, or just for one night as a stopover through Issyk Kul.
