De locatie is perfect. Dicht bij het strand en restaurants. De communicatie met de verhuurder is eveneens zeer goed.

De kwaliteit van alle gebruiksartikelen in het interieur alsmede het bed zijn zeer matig en ogen zeer goedkoop. Bovendien is het buiten op straat s'nachts zeer rumoerig vanwege leveranciers en ophaaldiensten.

Clean flat, nice view from the terrace, close to the beach 6.7 minutes, shops/restaurants in the near. Overall I spent a good time not counting minor inconveniencies that took my time as wrote below.

The indicated phone number was not answered twice on my arrive's evening. I changed e-mail with the host/owner on my arriving day, but with a single word was not mentioned that necessary info will be sent on WhatsApp. It was a dissappointment after 9 hours travel to hardly get necessary info how to get the key and reach someone on phone! If it has been mentioned that I will get the info how to get in through WhatsApp, then I would have been smoother, because they did not pick up the phone because of "securityˇ reasons. Than why it is indicated on the booking? The TV remote control, ther reading lamp did not work. They were changed within 2 days after I mentioned. The bed is very comfortable! But might be convenient approx. till 175 cm. Fitted me well! The kitchen is well equipped. Even if there are bars in the near, it is quite enough.

Emplacement idéal 15 min à pied de las americas ou adeje, plein de magasins et restos à proximité. 1min de la plage. Terrasse bien orientée

l'insonorisation (proximité de bars très bruyant), l'équipement général, pas de table de salon et une minuscule déserte dans la cuisine. ustensiles de cuisine un peu léger
