very clean and a great size house

Easy to pick up the keys from a lock box. We received the information the day before. Happened to bump into the couple preparing the house for us - they dropped off a box of chocolates as it was Christmas - which was a nice touch - and they returned to fix a blind. They were very pleasant and we chatted for a while. They gave us their number in case we needed anything. There was good communication throughout. Kitchen is well serviced - heating is good. Comfortable beds throughout.
Not a major issue - as it would not stop us staying again. But a bit of TLC would really bring it up to standard. Some small areas of flaky decoration here and there. But overall - the place was fine.

The beds are very comfortable, you can get all you need in the house. It is close to the city centre, just a 5min drove to city center.
Easy self check-in and out.
It would be perfect if the kitchen and backyard have some renovation
