It was a very beautiful apartment, highly organized and clean. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. All the kitchen amenities were good and complete. The location of the apartment was excellent and very close to the train station as well as the bus stop. The internet was excellent. Honestly, my choice to stay there was a correct one, and it will be my choice again in the future. The level of respect shown by the apartment supervisors was excellent, and their response time did not exceed a minute—which is great. Thank you to them; they were truly wonderful.

The tankless water heater made loud clunking noises and periodically stopped working leading to intermittent icy cold showers. The front door bolt was sticky and difficult to operate. During rainy days it could take several minutes to get the bolt unlocked. The bathroom had some black filth in the grout that needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom mirror frame had a crack. The walls were scuffed up in many areas. The apartment smelled of cigarettes and plug-in air fresheners. It took several days after unplugging these for the smell to go away.
