It's a great place to stay in especially for families with children. There is a children's playroom downstairs, as well as a nice gym next to it and a co-working space. There is also a nice pool in the backyard. All these facilities can be used by all the guests of the hotel. The check-in was pretty straight forward, we received instructions before arrival. We also had a dedicated parking spot free of charge. The hotel seems to be built quite recently, hence the apartment looked new as well. We appreciated a well equipped kitchen with a working coffee machine (filled with beans) and comfortable furniture, as well as a nice baby cot.

The beds were not made upon our arrival, which would not have been a big issue, if clean sheets and towels were presented on the beds (which they weren't). We did contact the host and it was sorted out eventually, but it was confusing. Apparently the clean bedding was put inside the pullout couch in the living room, which we would not have any way of knowing, since we were planning to use the beds in the bedroom. Also, the rooms could have been vacuumed better. If not for these issues, I would give this place a 10. Hopefully they sort it out in the future.

Маловато места и шумные соседи сверху и большая слышимость в доме, слышно, как хлопают двери, топают люди, играют дети, стучат. Как в картонной коробке.
