No elevator going up to 3rd floor.

Our experience: * we asked for and were provided a fridge, several rolls of tissue as we were 8 including kids in 3-bunk bed room * perfect for huge family reunions to do activities on offer * we came for natural hot spring pools which only Los Banos can offer and Tahum has 3 in case guests prefer privacy * scalding hot showers so we asked for tabo and pail to cool our bathing water - thanks for the natural springs 😆 * lounge area enjoyed to max as we were the only guests on the 2nd & 3rd day * telescope available for stargazing but we were too busy with karaoke * multi level areas open to stunning lake view * PWD bedroom available for senior family members. We wish to suggest to please put in a mirror and add counter space * pet friendly resort * we were 12pax so we got 3 rooms of varying sizes * grounds are well cared for and nicely landscaped, we appreciate indoor/ outdoor decor and works of art on display. Beauty heals! * WiFi throughout the property * explored the garden trail, gazebo, the tree house and followed a hen with chicks around the fountain grotto while XL-XXL-XXXL sized roosters cock-a- doodle -doo’d around *pool is clean but can be cleaner, especially on the sides

The location is just 2 to 3 hour drive from Manila. The property is a hidden gem in Laguna that needs to be discovered but not be hyped to preserve the beauty. The view from the infinity pool was picturesque and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the seniors enjoyed the jacuzzi.

1. Breakfast service starts at 8:00 AM, which is too late for early risers. It would be better to start serving breakfast at 7:00 AM, which is the standard for most hotels. 2. The breakfast menu needs significant improvement. Serving instant coffee instead of brewed coffee and the quality of the sandwiches were disappointing. 3. The rooms do not have telephones, and the front desk staff was unavailable during checkout. We finished breakfast around 8:30 AM, yet there was still no staff at the front desk. 4. Parking arrangements should be improved by assigning proper parking slots to avoid inconvenience, especially for guests checking out early or during emergencies. 5. The property should implement a strict policy requiring guests to inform the staff if they plan to leave the premises. As a standard rule, checking in means guests are WITHIN THE PREMISES OF THE PROPERTY. However, guests whose vehicles may obstruct parking should leave their car keys with the staff or bring their car or advise the guest to park on a designated space ensuring that they will not obstruct the other guests. On May 27, 2026, around 10:00 AM, we had to wait for another guest for 30 MINUTES to move their car, only to find out they were at Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa, which is beside the property. 6. Meals should be served directly to guests to maintain cleanliness and freshness. Food should not be left unattended before the guest arrives.

The food was really good. The older lady chef made a delicious home cooked meal for us. Highly rated

A group of female Filipinos arrived at about 9:30 pm and then proceeded to use the Karaoke facilities till about midnight. The volume was super loud, the karaoke room was right next to our bedroom. It was a nightmare. There is no normal resort or hotel that wouldn't have a curfew for these kinds of loud activities. We were going to stay a second night but decided there was no way we were going to put up with the karaoke singers disturbing our sleep again. No matter how good the food was.
