    Room is spacious enough for a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). Staffs were very helpful and polite and were attentive even at late night and early dawn. I only have one issue on the Agoda listing. Since I booked for 5 pax and it was listed that breakfast is free, I assumed that it was for 5 pax. Turns out, it's only for 2 pax (but not explicitly mentioned on the listing unlike other properties who did).

    First of all there were only 2 persons working the entire hotel, a husband and a wife. The wife essentially is the manager of the hotel. She handles bookings, cooks all the meals, and does the bookkeeping. The husband cleans the rooms, makes up the beds, and here is where the problem lies. The manager essentially has too much on her plate. She has to be responsible for cooking all the meals. The husband under-performs. He doesn’t even know how to make up a room in the bed properly amenities that should be in the rooms that are promised upon booking are not even present. For example, I had to ask them to place the refrigerator in my room as I paid for a room with a refrigerator. The beds are not even made up with proper beddings. Are blankets now bedsheets? There were no proper fitted sheets, flat sheets, and blankets. I liked the manager, but she alone is really working. To the owner, add more staff and train them.
