Stylish Penthouse in BXL with 2 Panoramic Terraces

El apartamento es ESPECTACULAR, sus dos terrazas panorámicas son un sueño, a 20 minutos andando del centro de La ciudad, el apartamento es más grande y bonito que en las fotos, un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina.

Viajábamos con nuestro propio coche y elegí éste apartamento porque indicaba BIEN CLARO en el anuncio que el parking era gratis, pues NO LO ES, no se puede aparcar porque todo es OTA pagando y tiene sus horarios porque no puedes dejar el coche ni pagando todo el día porque el máximo son horas y media, me puse en contacto con ellos, les mandé 2 mensajes y me respondieron que les regáramos las plantas todos los días, insistí y la respuesta fue que sería un error de Booking, si hubiéramos sabido que no había parking, no no hubiésemos alquilado porque nos gastamos una pasta en un parking privado. Coincidimos con un vecino y nos comentó que lo hacen siempre y que todos los que viajan con su coche se quejan de lo mismo.

Schöne und zweckmässige Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten, Tolle Terrassen mit Aussicht auf die Stadt, gut geeignet wenn man selbständig die Stadt erkunden möchte. Modern und stylisch hinsichtlich der gesamten Einrichtung. Betreuung durch Verwaltung/Gastgeber kundenfreundlich und aufmerksam.

Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox bei der Postbox. Es war so enorm verklemmt, dass man es fast nicht öffnen konnte. Am Ende hat es dann doch geklappt. Die Lage ist was Restaurants anbelangt in der Nähe wenig ergiebig.

The stylish outline, the two terraces, the well equipped kitchen, the nice host- really the best short rent apartment I ever stayed in.

Brussels was experiencing a heat wave during my stay. For the future all people renting out apartments will have to take this into account and install airconditioning.

The balconies back and front were excellent....... but both needed a small table and chairs so you could eat outside. Bed was really big. Place was very clean. Area seems quite safe

Use only English or French. I received texts in English, French but also one in Portugese and a long one in Flemish which I couldnt understans at all! There are 14 narrowish steps up to the apartment from where the lift stops... No problem for us... but for older couples it might be a problem... Might be mentioned in the apartment description.
