Freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Lage, geräumig
Der Kühlschrank ist alt und laut, einige Dinge gehören saniert. Z.B. einstellen von Schranktüren, diese schleifen teilweise, Silikonfugen bei der Duschkabine. Die Wohnung wirkt schon etwas abgewohnt.
