Casa Balcon 2 bedroom by El Sirocco

The view from the front was great, looking out over ‘Little Venice’ and on to the sea. We could watch the sun rise and fall from the apartment. WiFi was good and large choice of TV channels. The apartment is roomy and is plenty big enough for 4 people and having 2 toilets is a plus. Great location - 2 minutes walk to ‘Little Venice and the marina and not much further to the beach.

Quite a few steps to get to it, no oven and the shower only provided enough hot water for one shower. Could do with a few more basic kitchen utensils - we had to buy a bottle opener and cheese grater. We found other similar properties in Mogán around the same price but with better amenities - sun terrace on roof, more contemporary look.

Perfect location. Less than a 5min walk to the beach and the shops. Property as a whole exceeded our expectations, really big, spacious, and clean place. We arrived without phoning ahead, but the owner kindly arrived within 5 minutes to give us keys and a tour of the place. Facilities wise, it had everything we needed for our holiday. Parking directly outside the property is only for residents, but the owner told me a spot less than a 10min walk away, which was convenient and safe. Finally the view from the flat was beautiful.

Just a personal preference, the double bed was too soft for me and I usually prefer a firm mattress. My partner slept fine, and the other 2 guests who slept on the single beds had no complaints so its more of a personal preference rather than an issue with the property.

A nice apartment

There was no mention of the number of steps to access the property of which there were 56 in total. Persons on our party had leg problems and found it very difficult. No hand wash, no tea towel and very little toilet roll - we were only there for three nights but had to buy our own. I would expect these items as a matter of course in an air bnb.
