Дуже чиста, затишна квартира, все максимально поруч: три хвилини до пляжу, три хвилини до супермаркету, 4 хвилини до автобусної станції. Насправді саме центрове розміщення.
Майте на увазі, що з пʼятниці по неділю проходять концерти і до третьої години ночі ви не зможете ігнорувати гучний звук музики. Подвійні двері на терасі+біруши не допомагають, але це очікувано, бо знову ж - місце дуже центрове. Ще у самому будинку і у квартирі присутній сторонній запах, чи то від меблів, чи від стройматеріалів які використовували під час будівництва, щоб не відчувати його треба весь час провітрювати кімнати але в спеку це не зручно, бо хочеться ще й прохолоди. Будьте готові, що в неочікуваний момент до вас може завітати власник і попросити оплатити туристичний збір.
