The place was very clean and had everything I needed. I only stayed for a short time, so I did not cook, but it had a proper kitchen, which would make it very convenient for a longer stay as well. The location is within walking distance of both Città Alta and Città Bassa, making it a great base for exploring Bergamo. Highly recommended.

The apartment met my expectations and had everything I needed. Communication with the owner was very good, and the views from the window were beautiful. The location was peaceful and safe, with very good transport connections from the airport. The most important places and attractions were easy to reach on foot or by bus. Overall, the stay was amazing. I will definitely come back again in the future!

Zentrale Lage, 2 min. von der Bushaltestelle zur Ober- und Unterstadt enfernt.
Der Schlüssel musste in einem Schlüsselsafe ca. 450m entfernt, entnommen werden. Das Apartment befindet sich in der 3 Etage ohne Aufzug. In der Toilette war der Toilettendeckel defekt, welcher aber nach Rücksprache repariert wurde. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche war nur gegen Aufpreis möglich was kein Servicegedanke ist. Weiter gibt es nur einen sehr preiswerten Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage. Das Apartment machte einen sehr spartanisch und lieblos eingerichteten Eindruck. Kein Toaster oder Backofen vorhanden Der Abzug im Bad war leider nur ein Fake. Die Mieterin unter dem Appartement hat leider jeden Abend gekifft, so dass der Rauch in das Appartement zog. Von der Strasse her, sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Duschschlauch leider undicht. Alles in einem für den Preis nicht angemessen. Ein Checkin erst ab 16 Uhr möglich früherer Check-Inn allerdings gegen Gebühr. Wir konnten allerdings kostenfrei ab 15 Uhr einchecken. Am Servicegedanken bzw. Serviceleistungen sollte gearbeitet werden. Wir können das Appartement nur bedingt bis gar nicht weiterempfehlen.
